3. Breeder of Champions – Win at least 20 competitions

4. Absolute Power (Number 2) – Win a sale at auction of at least 10,000e

Reward: Horn of Plenty

5. Have at least 30 living horses

Reward: Atalante’s Saddle

6. Ninth Riding Level – Pass Riding Level Nine

Reward: 1,000 equus

7. Game Loyalty -Have logged in at least 20 days in the last 30 days to the game

Reward: Medusa’s Blood

8. Ranking (Number 2) – Be in the top 100th of 2 rankings (breeder or general rankings pages)

Reward: 2 Apollo’s Lyres

9. Tenth Riding Level – Pass the 10th Riding Level

Reward: 1,000 equus and the potential of being able to take a third riding lesson with your horses. (Gives money; not skills)

10. Unicorn Producer – Produce 2 unicorns, one male, one female.

Tip: This is a very hard thing to do. You have to breed the same breed and it must be at 6:23 GMT Time (a.m. or p.m.)

Reward: 2 Passes

Reward for completing level: 2 golden apples, 3 Apollo’s Lyres, 5,000 equus, 5 aging points, 1 Philotes Pack (I think this is the Atalane’s Pack)

Tips:

3. This can be for any horse; you didn’t have to have bred it.

4. Since you need to breed Unicorns, it would be a good idea to look for a uni. You could also buy a highly skilled Irish Hunter to board at your EC to raise your prestige.

7. From my understanding, I think this means of the last 30 days you played this game, you had to log in for 20 days.

8. Try the popularity ranking and either the most owned horses or the most horses looked after.

10. Producing Unis is very hard. You only have 16% of a chance for the foal to be a unicorn. When breeding unicorns, it must be 6:23 GMT (this is game time; not necessarily your time). The two unicorns also must be the same breed. Don’t be upset if you can’t get a unicorn foal. It’s very hard.

I’m having a hard time with the uni part and was wondering if u passed it yet

  2. Jessicaon 28 Dec 2009 at 12:10 pm

Not yet, but I’m getting there. I took a looong break from Howrse so I still need to finish achievement level eight with getting my EC in the top 500 ranking. When I get there, I’ll try to post more tips on the website.

    Thanks for all the help!

Which objectives are omnipresent (meaning which ones are checked every night)? I really hope it’s not the “top rankings” one, or the “Game Loyalty.”

Also, has ANYONE every made it to Level 10 or VIP?

  4. Jessicaon 10 Jan 2010 at 4:13 pm

For ranking? Every category is updated each night.

No, those levels haven’t been made yet.

  5. Koriat Cyredanthemon 10 Jan 2010 at 5:35 pm

Oh, I see, right. Heh, thanks!

That’s gonna be really, really hard to maintain, then…

  6. Claireon 18 Jan 2010 at 2:49 pm

Thanks but, I hate that I have to produce to unicorns of different genders. UGH! Why do the achievements have to be so hard!

  7. Rainbow Luveron 20 Jan 2010 at 12:35 pm

By maintaining the acheivments, what do you mean? If you made it to the top 500 or whatever, then fell, will you not complete the acheivments?

  8. Jessicaon 21 Jan 2010 at 6:37 am

You only have to be in the top 500 or 100 (depending on which achievement) for just one day. After that, you could even go all the way down to the 400,000 and the achievement will still count.

Could you maybe use Zeus’ lightning bolt on the uni foal? Say you got a filly uni foal, then use the Lightning Bolt on it?

  10. Jessicaon 13 Feb 2010 at 7:23 am

    No, sorry. That won’t work.

  11. Pixieon 03 Mar 2010 at 10:13 pm

Whoo Hoo! I got a Unicorn Foal on my first try breeding a uni! YAY!

  12. jinyaon 07 Apr 2010 at 5:00 pm

I actually had the Bolt work. If you do it before the update, it counts as the different gender.

Thanks for the info. I asked so many people about it and they said it wasn’t possible. Maybe I’ll try that..

Maaan, I’ve done all these, thing is, I’m stuck on the level 8 EC prestige one :p I’ll get it done soon though, and let the rewards flood in the next few days (:

I think i know how to breed an uni at 6,23!
You must buy the Nyx´s pack, cus you will get Nyx´s star which makes your horse get up at 6 o´clock!
Im sorry maybe im saying really stupid thing, but i think it maybe is possible …..
And Im sorry for horrible laguage I can´t speak english very good

  16. Jessicaon 16 May 2010 at 6:38 pm

Clever thinking, but it’s not the horse’s time, it’s GMT. GMT time is at the at the top of the page by the weather. It could be 20:00 on your horse’s day when you breed, as long as it’s at 6:23 GMT time.

    thanks so much!!!

It’s such a shame the achievments are getting trashed :’( I have NO idea how I’m going to complete level 8 before it does :( Thanks for this anyway! you rock!! My howrse name’s rebeccaluvshorses

I have not yet passed level 9, but I wonder how people get unicorns? I have planned to buy one when I come to this level, but I just wonder how they can make one of their horses a unicorn? Does this come from a UFO or something?

  20. Jessicaon 13 Jun 2010 at 11:55 am

You can’t make a normal horse a unicorn – it needs to be born a unicorn. They came onto the game through some special event Howrse had. Players bred them and they became a bit more common, but they are still pretty rare.

  21. Serena/Truitt328on 15 Jun 2010 at 9:34 pm

i bought my unicorns early, and started breeding, so i wouldn’t be stuck on that one part. I think it is easier that way, I have both of my uni’s and don’t have the hardest part to stress over! Just an idea that might help!

  22. cyanideprincesson 20 Jul 2010 at 11:56 pm

I don’t know if this is a dumb question, but do you need to buy 2 unicorns to make a unicorn? Or do you have a chance of having a unicorn foal just from breeding 2 horses of the same breed at 6:23?

  23. Jessicaon 21 Jul 2010 at 8:43 am

It must be two unicorns of the same breed bred at 6:23 GMT. You will still only have 1/6 of a chance, though.
