HTML Code Tester

While working on your layout, feel free to use this code tester to see your progress! I suggest typing up most of it before checking it, as well as adding a border so you can see how it all fits together. Simply click “Test the Code” to see what the coding will look like (It will open in a new window).

If you are working on the coding for a long time, be sure to save it to a draft in your e-mail or somewhere on your Desktop so you don’t lose your progress!

I prefer to just use Howrse, as it’s basically the same thing. Plus you could always save it to make sure Howrse reads the code correctly.

    I haven’t been on Howrse in quite some time… a year or two honestly. And I decided to get back into it to design layouts. However, none of my codes are working like the normally do. I wasn’t sure if Howrse changed the presentation in some way? I happened to stumble upon your site and “tested” my code here, and it worked fine, but it won’t show up on the presentation where I usually test the layouts I create. Anything you can do to help? Anything change while I was away from Howrse?

    Not that I know of…I’ve been on Howrse for almost two years. Look over the tutorials I have posted or the layout coding I have available on HH to see if your coding matches. ]

    Help! This is the start of my code for a layout, except when I test it on the code tester, the pic doesn’t show up, just the title and scroll box, I hav no idea what I’m doing wrong! This is the first part of the code, please, no one steal it:

    Title

    This is a scroll box. To type your desired text, highlight this sentence, then type.
    DO NOT highlight this sentence then hit backspace or delete. That will mess a lot
    of stuff up! If you delete all of the text in the box, press ctrl+z, that’s the undo
    button.
