Whoa. They atually look like tb’s. the dark bay one looks like he could be a race horse!

  2. Sunflowers100on 28 Apr 2010 at 10:34 pm

ya! i agree with you free206… they look way more realistic!

  3. oreomolly1on 01 May 2010 at 2:51 pm

don’t these look a bit too skinny like their ribs are poking out of their sides!

  4. ..........on 06 May 2010 at 12:14 pm

These are awful. They don’t even look like the rest of the new coats.
I can’t see anything right with these horses.
I’m giving up on TBs now.

  5. Sadieboots1on 08 May 2010 at 11:33 am

well on real racehorses you can see their ribs- they are VERY realistic!

  6. Daywen123on 08 May 2010 at 5:40 pm

Eww! They look soo skinny….aweful! Sorry to those who like them…

  7. Just Ruthieyon 17 May 2010 at 2:28 pm

I like them! They look like real race horses.
No they are not skinny, they are muscled. Even Tbs that are not racing look like that, its their breed.

I had to start breeding NIB TBs because of this!

  8. horse luvaon 18 May 2010 at 2:50 pm

they look awfull i totally agree ribs sticking out mentally tb’s are muscally not skin and bone

  9. SDon 24 May 2010 at 11:30 am

The only thing im not particulary fond of is the stance of the horses, but otherwise these are more realistic than our current TB’s, and about the ribs, I myself in real life have 3 TB’s one I jump and the other two are just riding horses. my jumping mare is always thinner than my other 2 and u can always see the outline of her ribs, and dont accuse me of not feeding her, I put a fortune into feeding her properly, I spend more on making sure she is sound and healthy in one month then statisitcly it takes to feed one horse in 6 months. My other two however who are not used often and are fat as ticks and I seriously doubt you could even feel their ribs through the flab! TB’s are just high strung horses and when they are active they stay what may seem unnatrauly thin

They all look sooo skinny!! Give them some food ;P

  13. horsegirl13458on 21 Jun 2010 at 1:45 pm

I love the new coats so i started to breed them on howrse but i kinda agree the whole rib thing looks bad but at least it is that bad

  14. HorseIsle&HowrseRockon 04 Jul 2010 at 10:05 am

I agree with anyone that think the tb’s looks to thin, they look sick -.- but the rest of the art is fine :P

  15. rangergirl56mon 11 Jul 2010 at 4:35 pm

I really like the TBs on here. Thoroughbreds are NATURALLY slimmer than the majority of other horses. I have a 9yr old OTTB and he gets unlimited pasture, soaked alfalfa cubes, beet pulp, & several other supplements and you can always see his ribs, however he is NOT underweight. I’ve even had the vet confirm. It’s just the way he’s built.

  16. Katecaton 13 Jul 2010 at 8:47 pm

I love these new coats. But they make the horses like really thin.

  17. Katecaton 13 Jul 2010 at 8:50 pm

I love the white one the best. But please feed them

  18. 4dogowneron 13 Aug 2010 at 3:40 pm

wow! these thoroughbreds are so realistic! i made a new breeding farm just for them!! i named them after winners of the kentucky derby, starting with the 2010 winner, Super Saver!! send me a friend request mine is 4dogowner

  19. horsezone12on 22 Aug 2010 at 9:57 am

I totally agree with the ribs sticking out….but thats the way TBs are bred, I mean naturally they are well musceld not skin and bone unless you have like not been taking care of them, they look like REAL Thoroughbreds! and I would know becuase I do have 2 of them, one is a retired racer and one is a jumper

  20. Ice Heart 12on 01 Sep 2010 at 7:40 am

Well I have a TB for real she looks excactly like the chestnut one, TB’s are naturally that way i feed my horse lucerne twice a day she also has as much grass as she can handle and ill give her beet pulp. she’s an ex racer and really pretty.

  21. dreaDrea6on 04 Oct 2010 at 8:26 pm

  22. dreaDrea6on 04 Oct 2010 at 8:27 pm

  23. Camallaon 29 Nov 2010 at 2:08 am

Missed Palomino Thoroughbred! Gosh, everybody does :-P My first horse is rare :]

  24. ItsMeTheHorseLoveron 24 Jan 2011 at 2:24 am

    They look skinny!
I know that people are saying thats muscle and such.
But to me it looks like a under fed horse! I think I would like this breed if they were not so thin.

But thats my opinion and you have yours.

  25. shetlandpony22on 09 Apr 2011 at 5:26 pm

    i hate the thinness!

  26. JAZZYTAZ2on 13 Apr 2011 at 1:34 pm

I must have a very bad eye, i can’t see anything different. They all look underweight, you can see their ribs– but i do like the color of the Roan

  27. JAZZYTAZ2on 13 Apr 2011 at 1:35 pm

I must have a very bad eye, i can’t see anything different except they look under fed and skinny, you can see their ribs. but I do like the Roan color

  28. horseloverrrrrrron 26 Apr 2011 at 5:36 pm

Geez, I think they look realistic! And plus, on a healthy, fit horse, you should be able to see their ribs like that–just not their spine! I love the strawberry roan color :)

  29. Ethashayon 15 Jun 2011 at 6:09 pm

These thoroughbreds arent skinny!!!!! Its the way they are freaking built. Most of my thoroughbreds are the right weight and they still look like that.

  30. bbon 25 Jun 2011 at 11:28 pm

my neighbor has thoughrogh breds and he works them just like any other HEALTHY horse and they are NOT skinny anyone that does have skinny thoghrough breds DO need to feel them MORE and racehorses are NEVER treated properly OVER half dont even survive training they are killed shamelessly ( how rude) lol and 1 pesons fortune is anothers pocket chance you need to be more pacific on what you say a fortune is

  31. Whaton 12 Jul 2011 at 9:36 am

bb! All of my mother’s family are in the racing bussiness, my uncle is a trainer, and yes it may be a harder life for both person and horse, but they are never treated badly at my uncle’s ranch! And ‘over half don’t survive training’? I don’t know what trainers and jockeys you have known, but they weren’t very good ones if you think that’s actually a fact.
Most racing TB’s lokk like that. At least the racers are.
    Sorry for my rant,
    What

  32. baby-ice-iceon 30 Nov 2011 at 3:05 pm

TBs naturally look like this. It shows that they are fit and healthy. If you have a problem with the natural (and gorgeous) appearance of TBs DON’T BREED THEM. Or make rude comments on their apperance. If they were chubbier than this it would not properly depict the real likeness of the great horse, known as the thoroughbred. My only issue is the hooves. Believe me, I love me some TB’s. But I think the hooves look soft and round, when in real life trust me, they ARE NOT soft and round. They need hard, strong hooves so that they can pound down the home stretch, galloping triumphiantly.
