    Hi,

    I’m Tina. My accocunt on Howrse is called tnguyen2198, so you can look me up. I’ve been playing for awhile but not too long. My standardbred, Annabella, is in gestation right now. Just a few hours in gestation actually. She did it with an arabian horse named Ronin. She has too foals named Athena and Bryce. Both are twins. I’ve been looking for a way to help her get more stars for galloping in her skills, but everytime I try to get her to ride more galloping rides, her energy drop very low. I have 2 golden apples but I just don’t want to change her white coat. Please tell me what I can do to help. Thanks.

    In order to train her more in Gallop, (only four more skill points are needed to complete training) you will need to enter her in Barrel and Galloping Races. Yes, her energy will drop, but it should increase her skills.

    Sup. I need to know: when the hour says 24:00, can you not do anything or something? Because I need to raise my achievements, but whenever I try to go out riding or try to feed my beautiful friesian stallion, Gawain, it says: ~You can’t do what you asked since your horse has to sleep before midnight!~ What does this mean?! Thanks.

    Yes, it means that it’s midnight and your horse needs to go to bed so all actions are then disabled. Try to put your horse to bed by 22:00 so it won’t loose morale in the morning.

    I find that training your horse in Stamina first lets you train for longer and lose less energy. Try completeing the stamina training first before concentrating on gallop.

    Not all horses will train in Stamina with less energy, as it’s not always a top skill. If you replace Stamina with the top skill, then it will work.

    Your riding level? You need to wait about every ten days to get to the next level. As you get to higher levels, the days between the levels increase.

    Ummm my horse can’t get any more skills. When I take her out for rides and do competitions, she doesn’t gain anything; she just loses energy. Do you know why and how I can get her to have more skills?

    Check her potential and compare it to her skills. She might have already gained all/most of them. Try training and lessons.

    I have a 21* horse called Lady Lord, and I have trained her as much as I can. Shes finished her training, and when I put her in competitions, she has no more skill gain. She is 26 years old but she has a P Stone and many other BM items. Bankalana is my username, and I was wondering whether there is any other way for her skills to come up.

    Breeding Farms? You need three karma points to make one. Go to Directories > Breeding > Manage my Breeding Farms

    If training is completely finished (bolded) you cannot get any more skill gain other than lessons

    (sorry, shes actually 25*) I’ve seen other 25* horses with 900 – 1000 skills or more.

    You provided with with the same link. xD It depends on the potential as well..the other horse might have had a higher potential. It all depends on how you trained your horse. The higher skilled horses probably were placed in an EC with top lesson gain and did two lessons each day to increase skills.

    Wait to stroke/feed your horse until after you are done training for the day. You should get some extra energy over 20% and be able to continue with a little more training.
    Basically, put your horse in the meadow for some time, feed it, stroke it, brush it, etc.

    Your horse gained all the skills from the rides. Try competitions or training in those categories. If those don’t work, check to see if the skill already bolded.

    hey i have a standardbred with 26* and i want to get it to it’s highest potential. she’s 2yr. 2mo. and done gallop rides and lessons so far, i havn’t started training yet, and i want some tips, she has 193.77 skills so far and 807.65GP

    I have a full schedule of training your horses. I’ll send you the schedule as soon as I can through PM messaging. They will be at 20 energy or higher so you will have a good day the next day. They shouldn’t end at over 22:00 unless you did something wrong . Make sure your horse is boarded at an EC with carrots.

    BLUP is basically showing that your horse is fully trained and ready for breeding. It’s explained in detail in the breeder’s manual.
    For the passes, go to Profile > My Passes. It’s after your 50th day, you can buy a pass using 20% of your reserve every 30 days.

    This might sound like a stupid q. But a few days ago, i saw a big group of letters and things for your horses names. Now I can’t find it. Haha. Would you tell me where it is?     Hm…It’s under Extras > Horse Charts.
    I don’t think your can copy/paste fonts for your horses’ names. You can purchase Apollo’s Lyre in the Black Market to edit the colors of the name.

    Hi! It’s me again. How do you get you’re horses GP up? I just bought a howrse, who was bred by one of the top breeders, and I was hoping that seince she is immortal, she would eventually place in the top 100 in the Grand Prix. Anyways chrissyh said to do that, the gp would have to be in the high 1600s. Her current gp is about 1000.how do I get it up. Her name is Cassandra, and she is under “the other horses tab”.     The GP of a horse can only increase by 1.20. To place highly in the Prix, it’s the the skills that need to be in the 1600′s. A horse with 1000 GP would need loads of BMI’s and good training to get to 1500 ish. Have a look at the top 5 in the GP daily and see what BMI’s they carry.

    Unfortunately, the only way to raise the GP is during foal games. During that period, if the schedule is followed completely, the highest gain would be 1.2 points added to the GP. If your horse participated in lessons everyday, it will add to the skill, bringing the skills over 1,000, even though the GP is only 1000.

    Check the GP – it may not be able to gain much skills. Remember to enter competitions and complete rides.

    OK.This is unreal! I need the biggest help EVER! Night just had her foal, Darkest Shadow, and is due for another one, and also, I still haven’t figured out the Health-it’s at 14%! I’m worried sick! I only have one more horse!

    I recommend to not breed your horses until they are fully trained.
    To improve health quickly, give your horse a health mash. Other things need to be done to keep her at a stable level:
    -don’t over/under feed
    -put her to bed before 22:00
    -put her to bed with at least 20% of energy
    -have her sleep in the meadow overnight, unless it’s too cold (then put her in the box)
    -do not age her without necessary actions such as feeding, stroking, grooming and putting her to bed in the meadow or box.
    You should give her a day of rest to try to gain the health back up faster. If you don’t send your horses to heaven, you can revive them using a Pandora’s Box.

    If these are her top 3 skills, she must be fully trained in all 3, and you must complete either short or long rides for the relevant skills, until there are no more gains, but she must have had 20 wins and be 10 years old to be 100 blup. She will then be ready for breeding, at full potential for the foal(s).

    Hello, I have a very important question haha. I’ve been on howrse for quite awhile, but I’m stuck in a bit of a rut. So here’s my question, is there a way to make a fantastic barrel horse who only has first wins? Not second places or anything else? I saw this horse that had that, and I really wanted that for my paints. Its time for me to get out of the rut, instead of digging a deeper hole.     Those horses are only placing in first because they are most likely the highest skilled for their breed, beating all the other horses. You will have to get a foal with the highest GP available, but you still may not get all first place wins. It can be possible for a horse that doesn’t have top skills, but you will have to only enter competitions where the skills and bonuses of the competing horses are lower than your horse.

    You can get health mashes from Equestrian Centers that have it. But your horse can’t be a foal. Not sure how old it has to be – I think 2yrs because that’s training age. I don’t use them much – to improve health I just put it in the meadow for a day.

    Putting to bed late will not decrease health. Putting to bed below 15% energy will decrease health. Putting to bed at 15-20% energy will result in lower energy the next day, as will putting to bed late.

    Training tips- End your day before 19:45. Start your day: Groom / 2h pasture / lesson / turnip. Then do rides/comps and finish with training because they take the least energy until energy is at or near zero.
    Ending your day: Stroke (Always stroke first) / carrot / water and energy will be at 20%. Meadow until 21:00. Feed. If 25% energy left, train in dressage. 27%-gallop, trot, or jumping. 28%- stamina or speed. Otherwise, if between 20% and 25%, put in box (you can maybe find a blanket, whip, saddle cloth, etc)

    You can get karma points by reaching 30 days senoirity and every 30 days later (60, 90, 120, ect.)

    Answering your question Thyme, by staying on Howrse for a month, aka 30 days. Also when you buy your first pass, and then on from every 10th pass you buy you get a karma point. The 1st, 11th, 21st, etc. And when 5 people you have sponsored get their first karma point.

    abceekay, the BLUP topics are all over Howrse. Just ask in the forums. But I can give them to you
    30 points for 20 wins in **first** place
    120 points for training, I believe it’s 120.
    The rest is for reaching 10 years of age.
    Training – you need to do the rides until you do not gain any more skill. In the top three skills. Long rides if your horse is good in stamina, short if your horse is good in speed. The type of ride depends on its best skill – Of trot, gallop, and jumping, which is the best skill? That is how you determine which rides to do.
    You need to have the 3 best skills bolded. Best, determined by genetics.
    Don’t forget competitions give you skill and the regular training. I personally do rides first because they take more energy, and use the remaining energy for normal training. When rides are near finished, I start entering in comps.

    I find that the reason it takes me until 15y to reach 100 (or only 70, without any wins!) is that I keep entering in comps at a young age which my horse can’t win. If you enter twins that have had all the same training/skils against each other, but one is older, the older one will win. So because comps take up so much time, it is best to wait until 70 BLUP before entering them (I enter my TBs in Jumping, and I train in Jumping last)

    Lyndsey, to increase in gallop, make sure your horse has completed training in gallop rides as well as gallop training. Enter your horse in galloping competitions to also raise the skill.

    Did you try to put the horses in the breeding farm? Go to their page and click the plus sign and find the option to add them into a breeding farm.

    When you are giving a horse an Apollo’s lyre it gives you examples… Well I really like the gold one to the right it has three little dots on either side and says Favory or something and I don’t know how to make my horses name look like that once I give it the Apollo’s lyre I make it with the few text you can choose from but I don’t know how to get more text and the little dots… Please help!
